Tunnel Book—City Street of My Invented Culture

My GoGo Culture lives in a jungle on GoGo Planet, so their street is a path in the jungle where they can walk from hut to hut to visit each other and go to hut stores and think tanks. This project was challenging in that I wasn't sure how many fan folds to make on the accordion sides to accommodate my six illustrations that I painted. I am glad I had an even number because i think it worked best that way. I used some old 6x8 cardstock Christmas cards I had left over. It was fun cutting out the scenes with an Xacto knife and figuring out how to layer the images in the foreground and background.
