Here is my sketchbook entry for the assignment "Arrangements". I selected objects, which are branches from my yard, and arranged them in two different ways. One was a line with a beginning and end which stretched the length of my house. I included a definition from an art related website for what a line is. I photographed my two end point line. I then gathered the branches and formed them into something else--a circle. A circle is a powerful symbol to me. It represents new life as it is a shape that has no end and just keeps turning round and round, reinventing itself. I included a description of a circle and it's meeting from a blog from Sivana Spirit.
